Board Members Dignity/Dallas is incorporated as a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization in the State of Texas. All members of Dignity/Dallas annually elect a board to conduct the business of the community in monthly meetings, guided by the chapter's by-laws. Numerous other committees, working groups, and individual volunteers also carry out the work of the chapter. The board appoints members of the clergy to serve as chaplains, who also act as ex officio members of the board.
